THE NEW ARRIVAL

Chase came to live in his new house in Febuary 2004. We were all very excited about getting him as he was our introdution into the long haired fraturnity. We have owned and bred Basenji's foralmost 10 years so it was definately a very big change for us.We like somany others are still learning about this wonderful little dog and it has been a lot of fun. Chase is just the happiest little clown around and he seems to pass on his cheer.Anyone in thedog world will know that Basenji's are not always up for new things but Chase is teaching them that they can play with other breeds of dogs on his first day in Weipa he met his new brothers and sisters.The old fella Bart ( aka Multi BIS Aust Gr Ch Lomar Likely Lad) who i might add disapprovesof anyone of the same gender! (Never know he might pinch one of his girls). Then theres Khaley (aka Multi BIG Aust Ch Kiburi Kishaley Pzazz) who is a real little miss. Suzie(aka Multi BIG & ResIS Aust Ch Yysur Suzie Que) who has fallen head over heels in love with Chase. Mindi (aka Aust Ch Ukuu Malaika) our very own feral Basenji even she finds it hard to ignore Chase.Simba (aka Yysur Figjam) Chase and Simba hit it off from day one and are great mates always playingtag around the yard. Bree (aka Yysur Breeanna The Second) Bree now live in a new home in Hervey Bay but she also loved Chase. So as you can see all our Basenji's love the new kid on the block.
